AR Costruzioni Meccaniche performs 3 and 5 axes milling to create any mechanical component that requires a high degree of accuracy. The 5-axis CNC milling, 3-axis milling and basic milling, are performed at high speed and produce 3D machining, molds and complex machining. AR COSTRUZIONI MECCANICHE houses the lastest machines to perform any type of milling (see below). We also perform metal milling for third parties.

AR COSTRUZIONI MECCANICHE performs 5-axis milling, 3 axis and basic milling using the following machines:

- SIGMA FLEXI 7P, for 5-axis milling, vertical machining center with dual rotary table, 5 controlled axes which allow the machining of complex parts on 5 sides with just one set, for the production of small and medium series in high precision mechanics.
- SIGMA FLEXI 7P-6AX, >> NEWS 2014 for 5-axis milling. This is a recently acquired machining center with double horizontal rotary table, equipped with the latest generation of SCHUNK equipment, for the production of small and medium series in precision mechanics.
